Ezion Fair Baptist Church Mortgage Burning
A Milestone of Faith and Stewardship
Through God’s grace, faithful stewardship, and the generosity of our community, Ezion Fair Baptist Church proudly celebrated the Mortgage Burning Ceremony on December 14, 2025, marking the fulfillment of our $3.5 million mortgage commitment.
While the official payoff date is not documented here, this ceremony represents a powerful milestone in the life of our church and a testament to years of faith, sacrifice, and collective commitment.
Because of this achievement, we are now able to fully focus our resources on expanding ministry, strengthening partnerships, and increasing our impact within the community.
Community Impact & Ministry Reach
Through our vision, Ezion Fair Baptist Church has been able to offer and sustain the following programs and services:
Affordable 5-Star Early Childhood Education
Heart-to-Hands outreach providing meals and toiletries for the unhoused
Free Basketball, Track & Field, Cheerleading, and Dance programs for youth
Fine Arts programming for male and female students
Overcomers Ministry supporting individuals facing addiction and substance abuse
Food access in partnership with the Food Bank of Delaware
Community health screenings in partnership with Christian Care Mobile Unit, Henrietta Medical Center, and the Delaware Blood Bank
After-care tutoring in partnership with Southbridge Neighborhood House
Prom Dress Give-Away in partnership with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority
Free internet access, coffee, and workshop space for church and community use

With this milestone behind us, Ezion Fair Baptist Church is positioned to strengthen and expand these initiatives while responding more effectively to the evolving needs of our community. Our mission remains steadfast:
